What we did

A flexible brand system for Princeton’s newest design research laboratory
The Adel Research Group (ARG) at Princeton University is an interdisciplinary laboratory pioneering research at the intersection of design, computation, and robotics. Their work advances resilient, sustainable, and low-carbon construction, earning recognition in Dezeen and numerous prestigious awards and grants. To showcase ARG’s cutting-edge innovations, we designed a dynamic and flexible identity system and paired it with a custom website. The logo, inspired by a simple grid of 1s and 0s, pays homage to the fundamental building blocks of digital fabrication, seamlessly reflecting ARG’s forward-thinking approach.
